It is all falling into place!

As I am writing this I am wearing my “goal” jeans! That is the best feeling EVER!!!!
I have been really good food wise and exercise wise and I can see and feel the difference!
When you see results it motivates you to keep on keeping on!!!!

I can’t wait to weigh again next week to see how much I have lost then!

I think that if I keep on going at this rate I will be my goal by the time I go home for a visit!
I am so excited to see the looks on my family and friends faces when I get off the plane!

YAY… Hi 5

I am so rocking this week!!!

This week I have been so so good!
I have started to count my calories and am still writing everything down. I have also started to do my exercises every morning again, so I walk about 4km every morning (2.5 miles).
So far I have lost 1kg (2.2 pounds) in 3 days - I am SO ROCKING THIS WEEK!!!!!

I have set a goal for myself - that when I go home in February I have to be 80kgs (176 pounds).
I am so tired of always been the one with the pretty face, but it is a pity about her weight - I am going to go back home and everyone is going to be shocked when they see how I look - I can already see their faces :-)

So this little blog is just to motivate myself even further…

Really bad week…

I have had a really bad couple of days (or should I say week), I have been very unmotivated with exercising and have an appetite that scares me!
I have started writing down everything that I eat (thinking that is a way of keeping it in check).
So I am hoping that next week will go better all round.
